Achieving luxurious perfection through minimalism and clever design, Kapodistria Villas opened for the first time in 2022. A wonderful holiday accommodation of perfect privacy, near all amenities a world-renowned tourist resort can offer. Each villa measures 120 sq.m. and offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The spacious ground level offers a double sofa-bed, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed; living room and bedroom enjoy direct access to the balcony and the swimming pool. The first floor has two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom — one with a queen-size bed, the other with two singles that combine into a queen. Both open to a large balcony with a relaxing sea view. The outdoors is equally perfect: fenced, surrounded by evergreen olive groves, with a fantastic 3.50m × 6.50m swimming pool, sunbeds, parasols, outdoor living room, built BBQ with dining area and a lovely hammock.
